About my CJ5

I bought this Jeep after missing the 71 CJ5 I had back between 1974- 1984. I wanted the Jeep to be as original as possible, because the cJ5 was always to me great right out of the box! I admire a lot of the modified CJ's, but I wanted to try and preserve the originality of at least one before they disappear. I did remove the body and rebuilt it from the ground up because it was in fair condition only and I wanted great condition. I store it in it's own building and keep it out of the weather- strange huh?  It's registered as an Antique and deserves well treatment.
I drive it every chance I get and it's a great ride!  My next one will be for actual use and to have a lot of off road fun in.
